orthofeet have really good arch support but since I have a super high arch and work 13-14 hour shifts on my feet I still have to use my orthotic insoles and these shoes accommodate them well because of the wide toe bed. Customer service is outstanding. They are quick to reply to any questions via email, extremely friendly and helpful and know which shoe is right for you. And the return process is easy and cost free so there is no risk in trying these shoes. If you try them you will love them.

I have been fighting a pain that sounds EXACTLY like what you have dealt with. I've seen multiple neurologists, orthopedists, physical therapists, etc, and no one can tell me the source of the pain. MRIs, EMG, and X-rays all come back completely normal, but the sharp, stabbing, electric pain persists. I'll have long stretches of time where I exhibit no symptoms and you can even press around on the leg and it's perfectly fine. Then, all of a sudden, BAM! In those times, I can't touch my leg...

I bought a pair of the orthofeet to wear on a tour of Italy that included walking 8-10 miles a day. I had been experiencing foot pain and plantar fasciitis. I was desperate to find a shoe that could get me through a day of walking without pain. Well I found it, the Chicane not only gives me the foot support and pain relief I needed; they are also a good looking shoe that can be paired with many different outfits. The Chicanes took me about three weeks to wear in so that they were comfortable...

I have to admit I had a small problem in the first week with the shoe rubbing against the tendon in the back of my leg. I developed quite the blister :( After the shoe stretched a bit,all was good. The is so comfortable to wear and that's a good thing because I work on a cement floors and do a lot of standing and walking. orthofeet shoes are a godsend in my opinion.
