Hi, I am a Physiotherapist in Turkey. I would like to work as a Physiotherapist in Ireland but as I see, the process will take a long time. So, not to be out of this profession, I would like to work as a Physiotherapy assistant in Ireland, and also to experience the system of healthcare in Ireland till I have been recognized. I checked iscp but I found informations only for Physiotherapists, not assistants. If you know anything, would you guide me?

Although I cannot determine this with 100% certainty, I am pretty confident in saying that in order to register as a physiotherapist in NZ, you need to have a Bachelor in Physiotherapy. Your overseas education needs to qualify you as a physiotherapist in your 'own' country. I'm a qualified Sports Therapist in the UK (different to a Physiotherapist as I am only MSK trained) and wanting to know if anyone thinks I will be eligible to apply for Physiotherapy registration in NZ? I know I can apply to be a massage therapist in NZ as I have a separate Sports Massage qualification but I was hoping to be able to be registered as what degree enables me to do here in the UK. Any help...

I can give you some more recommendations when it comes to old age issues, my mom had an accident, she was unable to move, i know it was bit risky at the age of 65 , after searching a lot , found physiotherapist in Singapore , who really cared my mom in excellent manner, and she recovered quickly .Now i can say that THEY are one of the best in Singapore, but still i would say that make your inquiry properly . best part is , they give lesser medicine as they know it is really tough for old age...
