Hello, Given the exercises you have mentioned, it is unlikely for your knee pain to be related to them. Having said that, you haven't given much information pertaining to the onset and nature of your pain, and any underlying health issues you may be suffering from, like, Have you suffered from any sort of previous trauma to the affected part? How long has this pain been persisting? Is there any swelling / redness / restricted range of motion?

Hi, The diagram you attached does appear to be in the region where I get a lot of the pain but I do not have foot drop. My physio has also done the usual strength tests etc. and there was no issue. I have noticed that I am starting to roll my foot onto its outer edge if I am stood for a period of time (e.g brushing my teeth) - it's not something I'm doing consciously so I can only assume its an automatic reaction to try and alleviate the discomfort. - - - Updated - - - Hi, The...

Apologies for my late response, I was completely unable to login! The issue still remains though and thank you for responding :) I would describe the pain as a dull aching most of the time, but from time to time it is more of a sharp sensation that strikes randomly. I work in computer software so I am at a desk 99% of my time, I do try to get up and stretch my legs every hour or so to make sure I don't remain stuck in one position. I had not drastically changed my habits when I first...

Hello Guys I was wondering if someone can help me? I experience a little knee pain, when trying to bend until I am almost on the ground, but doing anything else to test, I feel fine, and I am concern if this knee pain is coming from my Lower Back. Is there any simple tests I can do to see if its coming from my lower back?

I have deep continuous pain just beneath my left iliac crest in the glute med and also deep pain at the left Piriformis, my lower back is also stiff. This pain has been constant and life altering since March when it came on during a yoga sessions where the teacher put me into an exaggerated twist position. Aggravated even more by seemingly any activity, this was originally diagnosed as tendinopathy, then a nerve issue but it carries the characteristics of neither. There is a deep aching pain,...

Hi, plantar fasciitis may be a reason for developing poor postures and so hip pain. It is a variable but it is probable that there may have been others. Analisys of posture, biomechanics and other plausible factors for developing hip pain (eg. leg length discrepancies) have a crucial role for your case. Spinal disorder may also be a reason of your symptoms. The fact that your hip is not as flexible as the other and has limited ROM should be further ivestigated with an accurate...
