Hello Guys I was wondering if someone can help me? I experience a little knee pain, when trying to bend until I am almost on the ground, but doing anything else to test, I feel fine, and I am concern if this knee pain is coming from my Lower Back. Is there any simple tests I can do to see if its coming from my lower back?

I have deep continuous pain just beneath my left iliac crest in the glute med and also deep pain at the left Piriformis, my lower back is also stiff. This pain has been constant and life altering since March when it came on during a yoga sessions where the teacher put me into an exaggerated twist position. Aggravated even more by seemingly any activity, this was originally diagnosed as tendinopathy, then a nerve issue but it carries the characteristics of neither. There is a deep aching pain,...

Hi, plantar fasciitis may be a reason for developing poor postures and so hip pain. It is a variable but it is probable that there may have been others. Analisys of posture, biomechanics and other plausible factors for developing hip pain (eg. leg length discrepancies) have a crucial role for your case. Spinal disorder may also be a reason of your symptoms. The fact that your hip is not as flexible as the other and has limited ROM should be further ivestigated with an accurate...

I have a question about my big toe. I broke it over a year ago right in the middle of the nail bed. The bone healed properly, but my big toe has a larger range of motion in the last joint compared to my other one. I went to pt for 5 months and they wanted me to strengthen it and it's gotten much stronger, but the range of motion is still there. This is bad because my big toe has to cover more distance to produce the same force as my other big toe. This extra distance means my 2nd toe is...
