    Re: Diabetes and exercises

There is now growing amounts of evidence that Exercise can prevent or reverse Type II diabetes. However, diet plays a significant role, and so does regular medical management.

So long as there are no contraindications a monitored and managed program, with regular liaising with medical doctor could manage this problem and provide benefits the same for normal individuals.

    Regards

Exercise is very important in managing diabetes 2. Combining diet, exercise, and medicine (when prescribed) will help control your weight and blood sugar level.

    Re: Diabetes and exercises

Blood sugar can be controlled by exercising. It will lower the risk for heart diseases which is very much common to diabetics. Walking, jogging, biking & aerobic dance are best examples but before doing so better consult first your doctor for advice.

    Re: Diabetes and exercises

the diabetes issue in physio therapy is very complex, thanks for the blog post! in our clinic, we are asked to give information about the most recent treatments. Especially about diabetes research in which the company Biovision invests a lot of time as they supply scientific departments with antibodies. It is a way of also helping the patients psychologically.
