    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
Hello, guys! I am Ressia and I am new here. A few days ago, my hand was numb and tingly. This started a month ago. I do not know what is happening but the pain becomes worst. Do you have any experience like this? Please share it with me.

Hello, Ress! How old are you? It might be arthritis due to high uric acid level.

    Re: Pain in hand

Hello, Dahlia! Thanks for reading and replying to my query. I also consider arthritis but I'm still young. My friend suggested me to check http://ergonomictrends.com/best-ergonomic-exercises-stretches-office . According to her, this might be a carpal tunnel syndrome. I have read this Don’t delay treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome - Harvard Health and it is related to what was happening to me.
