I think I'm weak in analyzing such stuff. But thank god, my fiancee is a postnatal physiotherapist. I always take advice from him regarding different exercises and massages. Recently there was a new case, she gets nervous very quickly after pregnancy. Even for a small reason, we could see her face changing. But after the following sessions we had, she is getting normal.
