    Brief Medical History Overview

    lower back pain

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
my name is samantha im 22 years old. a few months ago i started going to the gym and pulled my lower doing weights. after about a week or so it got better and ive been fine. last week a caught swine flu, and didnt really have many aches and pains. mid week my lower back pain started again. but its different its more of a constant ache. doesnt hurt more to move or bend. in fact it hurts more whilst im still. the swine flu has gone now and my back ache is still here so i dont think it was linked. could it be that i have been doing absolutly nothing but slouching on the sofa and eating rubbish (quarentine) and its down to bad posture and being overweight?? what do i do to get rid of it? thanks for reading

    Re: lower back pain

    Hi,

it may be worth getting a referral from the dr to physio!

Back pain can and will go away with prompt action and treatment

the longer you delay the longer the pain will stay.

    Regards

Physiotherapy helps to heal injury, illness, or disability. It helps to restore movement and function in muscle tissue or joint area. Physiotherapy helps to prevent further damage in the affected area. Treatment should be done to support and manage good health and prevent disease. You can do physiotherapy machine for home at any time and anywhere with a natural approach without any side effects with the help of an Ultracare Pro device which is tested and approved by a physiotherapist.
