Below is the results for the ultrasound of my right shoulder.
Please can anyone tell me what to do next to fix the problems?

Ultrasound of the right shoulder reveals moderate thickening of the subracomial bursa with a medium effusion located posterior to the supraspinatus.
There is evidence of calcification within the distal supraspinatus tendon posteriorly measuring 10mn. An intrasubstance partial tear measuring 7mn x 5mn is seen. Other rotator cuff tendons appear unremarkable. Mild degenerative and hypertrophic changes are seen at the acromioclavicular joint.
There is reduced range of motion due to pain.
