work as physiotherapist in japan

hi my name is francois i'm french physiotherapist .
i would like to go to japan to work . i know that just the japanese physioterapist diplom is avalaide. so i'm looking for a job as physiotherapist or spa therapist in japan .
is there some opportunities for me to work in japan ? someone know where to go to inform me ?
