Broken Elbow

Hi

I broke my elbow when I slipped on ice in the States just over a year ago. I was then operated on back in the uk and had pins and screws put in my arm. In May I was operated on again and the metalwork was taken out.

I am struggling with getting my arm to so straight, I am 20 degrees away and I have had physio since January 2008, any ideas of anything I can do to get the arm straight? I am regularly going to the gym and lifting weights.

When I move the arm towards me and down, you can hear the arm clicking.

Its still very painful after all this time.
