Moving to OZ... Sponsorship?

I hope someone can help..

I qualified in England with a BSc (hons) in physiotherapy. I have now been working for a year. All i want to do is move to OZ and work as a physio, but this is proving very very difficult :mad::mad: What is the best way to do this...

Should i go through the NZ board first?? or should i look for sponsorship?? if i need sponsorship how do i go about getting this??
