Kindly please if any one can help. I have patient 19, female have diagnosed as irregular night urinary incontinence, can any feed me more regarding, she visited doctors with no benefits,..!
Few hints would help me a lot

doesn't sound like a physio problem to me.
advise her to cut out caffene and drinking too close to bed time.

I suppose you should provide your findings from her physical assessment, giving close inspection to any potential spinal cord compromise that could be caused by a slide lying or rotational position. Does she have this during the day or only at night? Has she has any bladder infections. More information please.
Drinking to much coffee etc in the evening will make you wake up and want to go to the toilet. You shouldn't however wet the bed at age 19 if everything is functioning correctly.

Until she takes a proper treatment she can buy and use disposable bed pads from online incontinence store for a better comfy.

There some exercises that will helps in urinary incontinence:
- Do, exercises for strengthening the pelvic floor.
- Do, low impact overall body exercises.
- Do, avoid constipation.
- Do, follow scheduled voiding timings, keep balanced fluid intake.
Physiotherapy treatment for urinary incontinence would include the following:
- Tips to make lifestyle changes that will avoid unwanted incidents until recovery (better control on urination) is attained.
- Pelvic floor retraining with an exercise program including systematic use of kegels, weighted cones, core strengthening for pelvic floor, tightening and relaxing of the pelvic floor etc.
