Osteitis Pubis Rehab

Hi everyone, after 11months of groin pain i've been diagnosed with significant osteitis pubis bilaterally after an mri scan last week and have been told to rest for 4 months. What rehab etc should i be doing in the mean time?? I'm a physio student myself so every bit of help and detail would be much appreciated.
