Physiotherapist Available, Can anybody help????

Hello,
I am a graduate Physio and have yet to secure my first post as a physiotherapist due to the current NHS financial situation.:(
I am currently working in palliative care as an HCA but am desperate to be doing something related to physio as i feel i am wasting my degree. I also want to keep my skills up to date. I was wondering if anybody knows of any one who could do with an extra pair of hands (related to physio paid or non paid). I am eager to be working as a physio and gaining further experience and am willing to give anything a go. Also is there anyone who would consider taking me on for some work experience??
I am based in Bristol and am looking for work anywhere in the South west.
