Moving from US to UK

Hy I am a 20 year old Physiotherapy Student currently living and studying in New York City, but I actually am planning moving to United Kingdom in August. And now before I can put my mind-plan into practice I need to know which Universities for Physiotherapy exist. Can anyone tell me the Universities I am searching for? and maybe what kind of admission I will have to get through, tests, practices, etc.?

I do sound a little helpless and in fact, I really am helpless about this topic so if there is someone who can offer me his or her help I would be at least a little bit calmed down. :)
