osteoarthrisits and pilates

My 53 year old farmer husband has just been diagnosed with osteoarthrisits in his spine. It has occured to me that pilates would be good for him....but which DVD??

We are too isolated to attend classes so he must use a pilates programme on DVD. I have many DVDs, but I would love advice as to a good programme for someone with a condition like his.

I see that there are now pilates programmes on DVD aimed especially at strengthening backs - would these be suitable, do you think?

Please recommend a good DVD
