muscle cramp in thigh - help

4 weeks ago i was in a motorbike accident

among many other injuries i had a fractured hip, broken femur in two places and shattered kneecap

i am not able to bend my knee to a certain point and everything is looking good. i have a physio on thursday but in the mean time my thigh muscle on top is getting very bad cramp in a few places

as you can imagine i cant bend my knee much to stretch it and due to pins in my hip dont have much movement at all.

i have tried a hot water bottle and then trying to massage the areas that are sore but it doesnt seem to be doing much

i am aware this has occured due to lack of use as i am not using my leg as all

help
