Neuropraxia to Radial Nerve - management and treatment

Hi I am a first year Physio student, and I need as much information as possible on the treatment and management including other occupations of a nuropraxia to the Radial nerve due to a mid-shaft fracture to the humerus.

I need to write up a treatment plan including SMART goals for a patient based on treatment and management of:
Pain NRS 5/10
Weakness in R.nerve distribution
Loss of sensation
and lower right shoulder girdle due to immobilisation?

If someone could give me as much informatio as possible as to the process I would be very grateful!
