Any Help or Advice on finishing a degree and moving to Australia???

hi guys,im going to be doing a physio degree next year hopefully and ive heard lots of scary stories that its really hard to get a job, experience or any work at all when youve qualified.Im basically wanting to get to australia as soon as possible, but im wondering if anyone has any help or advice or has done the same thing and moved to get residency as a physio in oz? Im worried that ill study for 3 years, not be able to get experience or a job at the end and then not be able to apply. Has anyone any ideas of how many years experience they ask for when applying to go to oz as a physio? and is it really hard to get work once youre qualified?any advice would be really really appreciated, thanks guys!
