Shoulder seperation AC injury Grade 3

Hi Guys,

Can someone help me please!!!

I've been seeing a client with Shoulder seperation AC injury grade 3, with noticable step deformity..

The client for the last 4 weeks gained good results with physio treatment... such as full range of movement with no pain (but stiffness at end of range and sometimes sorness at the step deformity site!)

the questions I need an answer for are :

1-Can torn ligaments such as AC & CC (in grade 3) knit together by themselves??
2- Would taping help to correct step deformity?
3- Is taping too late now 6 weeks post injury?
