Hi

I have finally reached competency 9 :)!!!! But I have a couple of areas I am stuck with how to evidence:(.

Comp 9.1

How can you show a balance between private and professional responsibilities.
What sort of things can you use to show you participate in the validation of work practices?

Comp 9.2

What evidence can be used to demonstrate an appropriate internal personal value system?

Hi,
I just had a look.
The sections that you mention are indicators to explain the components of competency 9. So, you do not have to explain each and every one of the indicators. It says quite clearly "The Indicators provide examples of some ways in which the General Learning Objectives may be met."
If you don't understand the indicator or cannot find evidence - leave it. Don't get too tight up about it.

Comp 9.1:
Did you not cover this in your undergraduate programme? We did it in professional studies and psycho-social dimensions of health care.

Comp 9.2:
SWOT analysis, Performance appraisals, critical incident, reflective practice,....
