Genu Recurvatum

hello my collegues.,

recently i came across a girl child of 14 years of with Genu recurvatum. She came to an orthopaedic surgeon complaining of sprain in ankle.. she has recovered from sprain.. the question araised when we disclosed her hyperextension of knee as Genu Recurvatum, which as predicted is present with her mothers too.

she has hyper extension of +25 in (L)--- +23 in (R)

how to correct her posture???
What can be the footwear correction??
what Exs she has to do.??

till now suggestion given was of using high heel shoe, posture training, hamstring strenghthening exs.

pls suggest me in those above Questions, as well as....

what should be the height of the heel suggestion on footwear correction. ??
strenghthening exercises???
Postural advice..??
and above all your experiences in dealing this condition and studies taken up till now..
