Voluntary work experience in Melbourne

Hello, this is a request for any information that will enable me to contact the relevant organisation(s) regarding voluntary work in Melbourne between December-January, a few days would be fine! i'm a 2nd year English physio student that would like to broaden my experience. Probably the best way to set up work experience is to contact the head of departments at some of the larger hospitals directly (as you can get a broad range of experience). You may also want to ring some local private practices....
