I am currently experiencing numbness of right pinna and right face following a right SAD. I assume it is a neuropraxia of my lesser occipital nerve and greater auricular nerve due to the rotation and deviation of my head and neck during surgery. I am interested in timeframes for recovery and any Physiotherapy treatments that may be beneficial.
