Need Advice, US citizen trying to study abroad

Hi,

This is my situation hopefully someone can shed some light and help me out.
I am a US citizen and have a bachelor's of science in biology and want to pursue a degree in physical therapy. I want to know what the process would be if i did go over seas got my degree (masters/bachelor's) and if i wanted to come back to the United States (New Jersey) to practice. I really have no idea in which direction I should go towards, I have done a lot of research but can not find the correct answers. If someone could please help me with my situation i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and hope to hear from someone soon.

To sum it up:
US citizen with a BS-Biology in America -> Trying to study overseas for Physiotherapy -> come back to United States to practice.
