sensory neuropathy

Any information for tx for sensory neuropathy? After months with Diagnosis of plantar fasciitis, I was diagnosed with small fibre sensory neuropathy. Currently taking Lyrica. I have heard Vitamin B helps. I have been told this condition is idiopathic (no known cause).
