Looks very complex to me, I don't have any experience with this but would like to know more. What area do you work in? What do these people present with to you? I found some info on the net but not much(nothing) physio related. I make up they get neuro symptoms.

medication is very much important , in case of sayani ...Artamin, zinkomia, syndopa, pacitan are used to treat her
