Physio software for patient documentation

Does anyone know of software that is available for patient records? That is user friendly?

The CSP, England sent nme a list of avaliable software. so far the main draw back is no body chart, althougth one company said they do have a package for chiropodist that displays the foot, which you can write. would be interested if you have tried any.
