Assessing cardiac outpatients

Hi people,

This is Argos in my very first message, I hope I'll manage :D...

I need some advices in "objective" assessment of cardiac outpatients before starting phase 3 and 4 rehab.
Does anyone have any guidelines, paper or any textbook to propose?
