Morning everyone,
I dislocated my shoulder during a climbing accident a couple of days ago and am worried about the impact it may have on my future participation in simillar sports - my life is based around things like this.
I had 2 questions as a result :-
Is it a ligitimate concern? am I likely to have problems in the future?
and
What can I do to ensure that I have the best possible recovery?
