Hi guys,
I have a disc bulge at the L5-S1 level mildly compressing the L5 nerve , resting and physiotherapy hasnt provided much relief. Although i can walk freely and lift legs without pain, the problem isnt that much, but there is discomfort that limits normal function. Doctor suggest the PLDD or Laser treatment , can anybody tell me if its a good idea and if someone's gone through it. Thanks in advance.
