Regain 'trunk balance'

Hello,
It's me again, Asking for anyone's help. I desperately want to walk. I have all of the strength and can stand easily. And I can even walk with someone holding onto me. Is there any hope or will I never walk again? I do not want to go on like this. It's been six years. I am done. I want to walk. I can't even roll myself in my wheel chair. As when I fell off of the motorcycle I landed on my left shoulder and broke my left clavicle. So cannot use my left hand. Any advice, therapies, or clinics I can go to? Plese help.
