It is my understanding that true universal definitions do not exist. As a result the WCPT have organised a meeting of minds from their 84 member countries to discuss what is "Evidence Based Practise", who is doing it, what are the various definitions being used by various countries? etc. This meeting is being sponsored by Physiobase.com and is due to happen in August 2001, in the week leading preceeding the CSP annual conference. The results of this meeting will be made Freely available and promoted as such from this site. SO hang in there the world has some answers in the pipeline.
