To develop our critical thinking skills, we are requested to read on the topic of cardiac rehabilitation. so I have to select only one paragraph to present in the class next lecture, . Text books and articles are the acceptable references.

Do you have a text book? I suggest sourcing "physiotherapy for respiratory and cardiac problems" by Jennifer Pryor and S Ammani Prasad
Chapter 15 in the third edition is all about cardiac rehabilitation.
If you do not own a text book for cardiopulmonary physio then I would suggest getting a copy of this - it is the recommended text for students here in NZ.
In the mean time as you need info for your next lecture - try the library to get the book out.
