I'm a physiotherapy student from Portugal, studying in the Red Cross University. I'm doing a paperwork for Sports Physiotherapy, one of my classes, about the assessment of Tennis Elbow by the physiotherapist. Hope anyone can help me find information about this theme.

Best article I ever read on this was by Bill Vicenzino. I suggest you search lateral epicondylalgia. I know he did a master class article in manual therapy 2003. And has a recent article about the mulligan MWM's for tennis elbow in 2007.
Otherwise look in textbooks such as brukner and khans clinical sports medicine
