Clinical Gait Analysis

Gait analysis is commonly used in the clinical setting for patients with cerebral palsy (maybe even some other neurological problems), orthotics and prosthetics. I am writing my diploma thesis about clinical gait analysis (CGA) and its application in a certain area. As useful as it is, CGA hasn't been much applied in practice in areas such as lower back pain, post lower extremity trauma or total joint replacements.
Does anyone use or know someone who uses CGA for these or other similar (orthopedic) diagnosis?
As I'm just starting my research on this topic any help is welcome... including useful literature, clinics in Europe that are usisng CGA, etc
