menaflex (CMI) implant and ACL

hi on the 7th december i had said operation. i am not seeing a physio until 5 jan.

i do not know what excercises to do. the physio in the hospital straight after my op did not know either because she had not dealt with menaflex before.

the two different excercises for acl and menaflex conflict (i have two separate guides), i do not not which ones to do, if i do the menaflex ones they are open chain so my acl wont like that and vise versa.

can anyone help?

another thing, when ever i stand blood goes down my leg alot more than the healthly one there is a significant colour change which is painful. this didnt happen in my last op. is this normal?

I am considering getting the same Menaflex surgery as yourself. Just want to know how you are doing at the moment? There is conflicting opinions on the internet with regards to evidence but I would like to find out some personal opinions.
