chest physiotherapy for neonates and new born

percussion, manual vibrations, compression and postural drainage for small babies with excessive mucus in their lungs takes a big part of our working time in the clinic that I work in. Personally I´m not sure about the effectiveness of the things we do (and always have done).
I´m eager to hear about your waya of dealing with these
kind of problems, are there any good research done, articles or anything.

I`m student , and I´m practicing in the Hospital in Germany, here we use the same technique as you there !
I´ve many articles about , but everything in german , I´ll try to find out in Englisch!
