Looking for sponsorship to work in Perth

I am a UK qualified physio specialising in MSK. I have my NZ registration and APC and am aware that with this I can now register directly with The Physio Board of WA. My main problem is Visas as I have used my working holiday visa already a few yrs ago. Financially, sponsorship seems like my best option as the skilled migrant visa is very costly and can take a long time to process. Any ideas about how best to seek possible sponsorship to enable work in and around Perth? Is this common practice amongst state and private practices?
