I have just gained registration. However in order to practice and for immigration I need an annual practicing certificate. On the boards site they require a NZ address on order to obtain one, as I am in England at present I cannot supply this. Any ideas ?
Perhaps have it sent to the NZ Association and ask them if they can hold it for you. Or also perhaps have it delivered to the British Embassy. The easy route is to use a recruitment company for an address, e.g the team at Medical Staffing International

I had a look at the site and I couldn't find anywhere that says you have to provide an NZ address. The board requires you to provide a home address (but doesn't seem to stipulate that this is an NZ address) an postal address (eg PO Box number) if this is different, and when you are working your work address.
...however I may have missed something you have found.

I had just done exactly the same as gcoe, since it was new to me that you need a NZ address, but also couldn't find this statement.
Another way would be to call or contact the Board and ask them directly.
