At this time.
I have some problem about deep flexor muscle.
I want to know about longus coli and longus capitis muscle.
I don't know why these muscle are important.
I want to read more information about these muscles.

after multifidus muscle they are the stabilisator of the cervical spine.if multifidus aren't be able to stabilate cervical spine they get contracted to increase stabilisation.But after a while they become shortened and stiff. So your cervical spine motion range decreases.
also scalenius have the same role in stabilisation.
