It looks like hamstring insertion problem or trigger points along the muscles,
but u need properly get your pelvis and back assessed.

You sound like you need a physio to check your gracilis, sartorius and your semitendinosis muscles these all attach near where you have described and you can get some pes anserinas bursitis which is directly under where these muscles attach. These need to be addressed by the correct stretches.
You also need to get someone to do a
meniscus test for the clicking (impossible to do on the internet!!!)
In the meantime do some slow power mini squats to maintain your muscle strength and limit running to 20 min in a straight line ( ie not soccer training)
You may be risking more ongoing problems if you dont get it checked out thoroughly
