Lumps and Bumps in Knees....!

Im 25... Have had two ACL reconstructions (one on each knee), one when i was 16 and the other when i was 23 - both football injuries.

The older of the scars has a small hard lump (which is also very tender) on it - which the doctor said she thinks was bone and the latest knee that was operated on has softer bumps (very predominant) on the inside of the knee... which she said could be cysts....

What is the treatment for cysts in the knee and any idea what the boney lump on my scar could be? Dr said it felt too hard to be scar tissue....

Going for an x ray tomorrow.
