currently on placement in outpatients, have a patient coming in with a Weber B fracture, 4 week post removal of cast. this is their first OPD visit, since the removal of the cast. they are 19yrs and i assume at this point they have healed well. any ideas on innovative strengthening, stretching, ways to reduce pain/ swelling, improve proprioception etc?? help appreciated
