Please explain different experience in your counties for treatment strategy (physioand methods, orthosis - long, short, mobile or unmobile, kateters using) aspects of verticalization for spina bifida MMC (shunt, damage L5,S1) for 1 year old girl. She can creep, sit, have good balance in the sitting position, can stand on the knees and stand whith holding at the chair - valgus position of foots) In the present day I have some apprehension about further strategy. Thank you!

It is not easy to explain the different treatment options in the countries I have worked in (Holland,Germany,Spain).
Treatment depends on lots of variables:
- the exact diagnosis and its prognosis
- the time and frequency of treatment
- patients´ financial possibilities
- the countries financial health support systems
- you own therapeutic expertise and therapeutic qualities.......
- the knowledge of all health professionals about what physiotherapists can do for these patients
- team work with the parents / caregivers

How about functional orthosis for knee and ankle. Is it possible make for 1,5 year old patient in your country? Do you have some contacts or sites of orthosis company?
