whey protein?
hi all new here and any advice gratefully received.
im 18 months into physio or a very nasty
rotator cuff injury and im just starting to be able to use 10 - 15k weights during resistance training. just wondering if whey protein supplements would help my progress along or are they just for bodybuilders who want to get big ?

Looks like it won't do you any harm and may actually have benefits.
