when are mobilizations most effecitve 4 NSLBP?

hi there my first post!!!!!!!!!

for the treatment of nonspecific low back pain when would mobilizations be most effective ? acute / sub / chronic
there is really limited evidence and im trying to pin down the effects and critique their use again other hands off approaches such as excercise and education etc ....

and also when would a therapist choose not to use them ,, e.g if a paitent was highly irritable ? or widespread neurological pain /windup ?

any references would be most appreciated
