T4 Syndrome

Does anyone know any treatments that have been successful in treating T4 syndrome?

Please descibe what you mean by T4 syndrome. Is there referred pain into intercostal region, does it produce some associated lower cervical involvement?

Have you tried som basic mobilising techniques, manipulation of CVJ's and T/S. Box strapping (around T4 also works well.
