We are currently attempting an evidence-based project regarding abdominal muscle rehab post-gynae or post-general abdominal surgery. Searches have obtained little information, does anyone out there know of any references that would be useful? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I see that this post was from November. Are there any results from this subject that I can get ? I'm a 6 day post-op lower abd surgery female. I was in excellent ab condition prior to surgery able to do various ab exercise routines, etc. I'm concerned about stretching and exercising in time to reduce the fascia adhesions to the abdominal muscles. Any advice ?
